bVirtual design procedure is designed to ensure clear objectives and understanding between you the client and our web or graphic design team. Even though we are based in Marbella Spain this procedure works for clients based anywhere.

Phase1- Information Gathering Stage

Once the quote has been accepted and green light given, we start the design requirements gathering. We’ll collaborate w ith you to determine requirements related to the design of your website or graphics requirements. This ensures that the project is initiated with a common understanding of the objectives of design.

Phase2- First Design Draft

Once the requirements have been established we get back to the web designers drawing boards in creating the very first design draft. The draft is submitted for a first look and feedback provided by the client starts first stage of improvements.

Phase3- Revisions

Every revision ensures that the subsequent design draft is better than the earlier versions. After successive revisions, the draft starts to take shape and the final design moves closer to its target. This process is used for all design commissions including logo design, print media, websites,...etc.

Phase4- Finalize

The final design draft is the result of successive improvements. The client gives the approval for all the design work and is in complete agreement for either the print production to go ahead or for the graphics to be incorporated into the website.

Phase5- Design Delivery

The final delivery stages can either be the handing over of the signed off graphics files or the incorporation of the graphics into either a website or print job. This all depends on individual client requirements. If the latter option of graphics incorporation is required then the final phase will be complete only once the client has either received the newly skinned website or print job.
